The Tradition Rosé from Bergdolt-Reif & Nett is the tangy, fruity and fresh entry into the rosé world of BRN. This rosé from Cabernet Franc may seem simple, but it is by no means arbitrary. The Tradition Rosé enters the glass with a bright raspberry red color. It smells expressively of sweet cherries, raspberries and red currants. Floral hints of violets and some citrus freshness perfectly round out the bouquet of this creation by Christian Nett.

Vinification of the Bergdolt-Reif & Nett Tradition Rosé

For this rosé, Christian Nett drew off the juice from the red wine mash after quite a medium standing time and fermented the wine exclusively in stainless steel tanks to emphasize its freshness and fruitiness.
