More information about Trie Rot - Triebaumer - 12x Vorteilspaket
The Trie Rot from the pen of Triebaumer from Burgenland offers a bright, light red color in the glass. In the glass, this red wine from Triebaumer offers aromas of lilac, complemented by chocolate, blueberry and black cherry. This red wine from Triebaumer is for wine connoisseurs who cannot drink their wine dry enough. The Trie Rot comes very close to this, as it was pressed with just 1.5 grams of residual sugar. On the palate, this balanced red wine is characterized by an incredibly dense and velvety texture. Thanks to the moderate fruit acidity, the Trie Rot flatters the palate with a soft sensation without lacking in juicy liveliness. On the finish, this red wine from the Burgenland wine-growing region impresses with its good length. Once again, there are hints of lilac.
Vinification of the Trie Rot from Triebaumer
Cabernet Sauvignon and Zweigelt grapes form the basis for the first-class and wonderfully balanced Trie Rot cuvée from Triebaumer. Once perfect physiological ripeness has been ensured, the grapes for the Trie Rot are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of stressful and less selective harvesters. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and large wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
