Jacopo Poli's Uva Viva Italiana di Poli is a fresh, vibrant grape brandy distilled from the Malvasia (60%) and Moscato (40%) grape varieties.

Distillation of the Uva Viva Italiana di Poli
The Malvasia and Moscato grapes are first fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Afterwards, this wine is traditionally distilled together with the grapes in old copper burners. After the distillation process, this grape brandy still has 75% by volume. By adding distilled water, the Uva Viva Italiana di Poli reaches an alcohol content of 40% by volume. After that, this grape brandy rests for at least 6 months in stainless steel tanks to finally be gently filtered and filled onto the bottle.
