At the time of optimal ripeness, the grapes for the 12 advantage wine package are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective full harvesters. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the 12er Vorteils wine package can continue to harmonize for several months on the fine yeast...
