Mal sehen

More information about Apothic Inferno - Apothic Wines

In the glass, the Apothic Inferno from Apothic Wines presents a dense purple color. The bouquet of this red wine from California captivates with notes of blueberry, blackberry, black currant and mulberry. Tracing the aromatics further, toasted barrel, gingerbread spice and dark chocolate come through.

The Apothic Wines Apothic Inferno delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with 4.6 grams of residual sugar. This is a genuine quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities, and so this North American naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Aroma does not necessarily require a lot of sugar. This dense red wine is full-bodied and multifaceted on the palate. Due to its lively fruit acidity, the Apothic Inferno reveals itself to be exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. The final of this youthful red wine from the wine-growing region of California captivates finally with extraordinary reverberation.

Vinification of the Apothic Wines Apothic Inferno

The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully powerful cuvée Apothic Inferno from Apothic Wines are Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Zinfandel grapes. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off. Once the wine is finished, the Apothic Inferno is carefully harmonized.

Food recommendation for the Apothic Inferno from Apothic Wines

This US red wine is best enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to osso buco, veal boiled beef with beans and tomatoes or stuffed peppers.
