More information about Arrivant Rouge AOP Languedoc - Terre de Tramontane

The powerful Arrivant Rouge Languedoc Terre de Tramontane flows into the glass with dense purple-red color. On the nose, this Terre de Tramontane red wine reveals all kinds of blueberries, black cherries, plums, blackcurrants and blackberries. As if that weren’t already impressive, ageing in stainless steel also adds notes of cream candy, braided yeast bun and brioche.

On the palate, the Arrivant Rouge Languedoc from Terre de Tramontane opens wonderfully dry, firm and aromatic. Some wines are dry on the label, others truly are. This red wine belongs to the second group, as it was bottled with only 0.1 g of residual sugar. On the tongue, this powerful red wine is characterized by an immensely weighty and dense texture. Thanks to its present acidity, the Arrivant Rouge Languedoc appears exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. On the finish, this youthful wine from the Languedoc winegrowing region finally delights with considerable length. Once again, nuances of blackberry and plum appear.

Vinification of the Arrivant Rouge Languedoc from Terre de Tramontane

The basis for the powerful Arrivant Rouge Languedoc from the Languedoc is grapes from the Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Arrivant Rouge Languedoc can continue to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees.
