An oasis in a desert-like landscape, this is the impression that Pago Aylés gives.

The winery is one of 15 bodegas in Spain classified with the highest quality level "Vino de Pago". This status is given only to outstanding wineries that have a particularly high quality and unique terroir, whose vineyards are at least ten years old and form a coherent whole.

Vino de Pago is comparable to the French Grand Cru site. Currently, about half of the Pago winery's 70 hectares of vines are classified.

Despite the difficult conditions, the dry landscape characterized by bare rocky slopes, wines with an independent character, of the highest quality standards have been created.
