More information about Cuesta del Herrero Vino de Pago - Bodega Pago Aylés

With the Bodega Pago Aylés Cuesta del Herrero Vino de Pago comes a first-class red wine in the swirled glass. In this it reveals a wonderfully dense ruby color. The nose of this red wine from Aragon delights with aromas of black cherry, morello cherry, plum and black currant. If we trace the aromatics further, lovage, garrigue and green bell pepper are added.

Bodega Pago Aylés Cuesta del Herrero Vino de Pago delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with only 1.6 grams of residual sugar. This is a real quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this Spaniard naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all dryness. Aroma does not necessarily need residual sugar. On the tongue, this powerful red wine is characterized by an incredibly dense and velvety texture. Due to its present fruit acidity, the Cuesta del Herrero Vino de Pago presents itself exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this good storable from the wine-growing region of Aragon finally inspires with considerable length. Once again, hints of blackberry and blueberry show through.

Vinification of the Cuesta del Herrero Vino de Pago by Bodega Pago Aylés

The basis for the first-class and wonderfully powerful cuvée Cuesta del Herrero Vino de Pago from Bodega Pago Aylés are Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha, Merlot and Tempranillo grapes. After the completion of fermentation, Cuesta del Herrero Vino de Pago is aged for several months in oak barrels.
