Acústic Celler is a family business run by Albert Jané, with great pride and tradition. Vines with a wealth of experience

The vineyard area of the winery Acústic Celler is large and spread over various vineyards. The vines grown here can already have 50 to 60 years on their backs. The wine grapes grown here are the special varieties Garnatxa and Carinyena. They are among the autochthonous grape varieties in the entire region. The noble wine varieties impress with an unmistakable acidity and fresh fruitiness. At Acústic Celler, the principle of quality over quantity also applies, and thus the bottles filled here are rare and strictly limited.

The winery Acústic Celler is characterized by particular care in winemaking. All products are examined thoroughly before further processing, before they later make their way to wine lovers throughout Europe. The head of the winery describes the wines as unadorned, pure, and unfortified. All grapes are harvested by hand here and refined into special and distinctive wine varieties. In doing so, the berries release a wonderful aroma and are characterized by unique spice and minerality. Traditional methods are used in production. This ensures that the taste of the wines is not lost. The grapes are pressed in a wooden press and fermented with the yeasts to achieve the best result. Essentially, it is winemaking the old-fashioned way, which one should definitely treat oneself to.
