Vinification of the Bodegas Acústic Celler Blanc Montsant

This powerful white wine from Spain is vinified from Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc, Macabeo and Xarel-lo grapes. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by a maturation of 8 months in new wood of French oak.
