More information about Champagner Brut Millésimé - Champagne Taittinger

With the Champagne Taittinger Champagne Brut Millésimé comes a first-class champagne in the swirled glass. Here it reveals a wonderfully brilliant, golden yellow color. The bubbles of this champagne present themselves in the glass incredibly fine, elegant and long-lasting. In the middle, the tone changes to an expressive color. Swiveling the wine glass, this sparkling wine is characterized by a splendid brilliance that makes it dance nimbly in the glass. The bouquet of this sparkling wine from Champagne convinces with aromas of orange blossom, honeysuckle, acacia and lime. If we trace the aromatics further, yeast plait, brioche and cream candy are added.

The Champagne Brut Millésimé from Champagne Taittinger is the right drop for all wine connoisseurs who like as little residual sugar as possible in their wine. However, it never appears meager or brittle, but round and smooth. On the tongue, this light-footed sparkling wine is characterized by an incredibly silky and melting texture. In the finish, this Champagne from the wine-growing region of Champagne finally inspires with considerable length. There are again hints of grapefruit and acacia.

Vinification of the Champagne Brut Millésimé of Champagne Taittinger

The basis for the first-class and wonderfully elegant cuvée Champagne Brut Millésimé from Champagne Taittinger are Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. Of course, the Champagne Brut Millésimé is also determined by the climate and viticultural style of Champagne. This Frenchman can literally be described as an Old World wine that is exceptionally impressive. When perfectly ripe, the grapes for Champagne Brut Millésimé are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective grape harvesters. Following the hand harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Now follows the fermentation of the base wines. After the assemblage of the cuvée follows the further aging based on the bottle storage. Subsequently, the Champagne Taittinger Champagne Brut Millésimé matures for several months in the bottle and is finally disgorged.

Food recommendation to the Champagne Taittinger Champagner Brut Millésimé

Drink this sparkling wine from France best well chilled at 8 - 10°C as an accompanying wine to vegetable salad with beetroot, fruity endive salad or spaghetti with yogurt-mint pesto.
