The Cabernet Sauvignon of Casillero del Diablo glows dark red in the glass with a violet glow. The unfolding bouquet seduces with aromas of ripe plums, black currants and fresh mint. These notes are rounded off by subtle toasted nuances.

Vinification for the Casillero del Diablo Cabernet Sauvignon Concha y Toro

The vines for this single varietal Cabernet Sauvignon are rooted in alluvial soils in Valle Central, Chile. 

After harvesting, maceration and fermentation, part of this wine was aged for several months in American oak barrels (20% of the wine)
