Vinification for the Zonnebloem Cabernet Sauvignon

After hand harvesting, the grapes for this single varietal red wine were fermented on the skins for 10-12 days. Half of this wine was then aged in 300-liter French oak barrels, while the remainder was transferred to stainless steel tanks.
