Castalides Icône AOC - La Grange

The Castalides Icône from La Grange in the French wine-growing region Coteaux du Languedoc is a multilayered, complex and multi-faceted red wine cuvée vinified from the Syrah and Mourvedre grape varieties. 

This cuvée  appears in the glass in an intense ruby red with purple highlights. The nose is treated to expressive aromas of black berry fruits (blackberry, black cherry and plum). The fruity aromas are complemented by spicy notes of pepper, herbs, licorice and toasty aromas. On the palate, this French red wine convinces with a complex body, which is taken by a profound texture. The dark berry fruit and spicy nuances of the nose are also reflected and accompany into the pleasantly long finish.
