More information about Cuvée Weiss alkoholfrei - Carl Jung
The non-alcoholic Cuvée Weiss from the Rheingau wine-growing region appears in the glass in a brilliantly shimmering light yellow hue. The Cuvée Weiss non-alcoholic can be described as particularly fruity and velvety, as it was vinified with a wonderfully sweet flavor profile. Light-footed and multi-faceted, this crisp white wine presents itself on the palate. The finish is also accompanied by mineral facets of the soils dominated by loess and clay.
Vinification of the Cuvée Weiss by Carl Jung
In the Rheingau, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of loam and loess. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in controlled temperatures. At the end, this wine is carefully dealcoholized.
