The basis for the elegant Élisabeth Vigneronne Blanc Côtes de Gascogne from Gascogne is grapes from the Colombard, Gros Manseng and Sauvignon Blanc varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately brought to the press house. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally drawn off.
