The well-balanced Flor de la Mar Chardonnay Barrel Aged from Portugal is a varietal wine made from the Chardonnay grape. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in large wooden casks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the elegant Flor de la Mar Chardonnay Barrel Aged is aged for another 4 months in American oak barrels.
