The basis for the top-class and wonderfully balanced Grande Resèrve Devalbert Languedoc cuvée from Caves Languedoc Roussillon consists of Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah grapes. After being hand-picked, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the elegant Grande Resèrve Devalbert Languedoc is aged for several more months in oak barrels.
