The balanced sweetness and refreshing acidity provide a long and pleasant finish, making this port wine a true experience.

LBV Port from Dow's - Vinification

The grapes for the LBV Port - Dow's come from carefully selected vineyards in the Douro Valley, one of Portugal's most renowned wine regions. Traditional grape varieties such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz are cultivated here. After a selective harvest, during which only the best grapes are chosen, vinification takes place. The grapes are gently pressed and, through controlled fermentation, the delicious aromas of the different varieties marry together. Maturation takes place in high-quality oak barrels, allowing the wine to develop its complex flavor nuances and characteristic aroma.

The LBV Port - Dow's is a wonderful companion to a wide variety of dishes. Enjoy it with powerful cheeses such as Stilton or Roquefort, where the sweet fruit aromas harmonize perfectly with the saltiness of the cheese. It also unfolds its full splendor with desserts, especially chocolate desserts or tarts with dark berries. As the perfect conclusion to a dinner, however, you can also enjoy it on its own to fully experience the fine nuances and complexity of this exquisite wine.
