The Lou Coucardié Blanc AOP Costières de Nîmes of Vignobles Michel Gassier shines in the glass in a bright golden yellow with light green reflections and enchants with its complex bouquet, which contains the aromas of white flowers, violets, spices and vanilla.

This cuvée is full-bodied on the palate with a lush and velvety fruit. The finish is extremely harmonious and elegant.

Vinification for the Lou Coucardié Blanc Costières de Nîmes AOP from Vignobles Michel Gassier

This cuvée is made from Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and Viognier grapes, which were harvested manually in plots with old vines and low yields. 

The grapes were cold macerated on the skins and then fermented in French oak barrels and aged on the lees for 9 months. No filtration took place before bottling this wine.
