Vinification for the Lou Coucardié Blanc Costières de Nîmes AOP from Vignobles Michel Gassier
This cuvée is made from Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and Viognier grapes, which were harvested manually in plots with old vines and low yields.
The grapes were cold macerated on the skins and then fermented in French oak barrels and aged on the lees for 9 months. No filtration took place before bottling this wine.
