The winery Maison Delas belongs to the circle of very large and prestigious wine producers from Rhône Valley. The story begins in 1835 with the foundation by Charles Audibert and Philippe Delas. Numerous awards and considerable successes were recorded by the two entrepreneurs with their wine creations. It did not take long for the good reputation to spread throughout the world of wine. At the end of the Second World War, Maison Delas quickly rose to become one of the leading wine houses in the northern Rhône region and began to open up new markets. The winery remained in the hands of the founding Audibert and Delas families until 1977, when it was acquired by the Deutz Champagne House.
Top wines with high complexity
Today, the Delas winery owns extensive vineyards that offer optimal growing conditions for high-yield viticulture. Jacques Grange, an oenologist with many years of international experience, is in charge of the winery. Together with his team, he succeeds in exploiting the potential of the vineyards. Jacques Grange relies on modern cellar technology. This allows him to preserve the aromatic diversity and special characteristics of the grape varieties typical of the region. The cellar master creates red and white wines full of character, which are characterized by a high complexity and multi-layeredness. Meanwhile, Maison Delas with its talented cellar master belongs to the absolute top of the French wine landscape.

The balancing act between tradition and innovation
All employees feel committed to the long tradition of the winery. At the same time, there is no lack of courage to break new ground and demonstrate creativity. Seemingly effortlessly, the cellar team manages to walk the tightrope between the past and the present. Old values are combined with innovative ideas to give the Delas brand a contemporary image. Jacques Grange's creations have received the best reviews. Fruit-driven wines that show a harmonious interplay of sweetness and acidity impress the wine world year after year. They present themselves as complex, voluminous, sensorially balanced and refreshingly lively.
