Vinification of Maran Malahi white wine
The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully powerful Malahi white wine cuvée from Maran are Areni, Aligoté and Voskehat grapes. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
