Vinification for the Martin Melck Cabernet Sauvignon from Muratie Estate
After hand-harvesting in Stellenbosch, the grapes were pressed and then transferred to a combination of stainless steel tanks and open fermenters for fermentation. The wine was then aged for 13 months in French oak barriques.
