The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone and sandstone. The grapes for this red wine from Argentina, when perfectly ripe, are harvested exclusively by hand. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the elegant Nonni Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for another 6 months in French oak barriques.
