Vinification of the Passito Nectar Moscato Samos from UWC Samos
The powerful Passito Nectar Moscato Samos from Greece is a single-varietal wine made from the Yellow Muscat grape variety. After hand-harvesting, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After vinification, the wine is matured for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
