Vinification of the Speis&Trank Sauvignon Blanc

This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Sauvignon Blanc. For this exceptionally balanced varietal wine from Speis&Trank, only flawless grape material was used. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here, they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Sauvignon Blanc can harmonize further on the fine lees for several months.
