Vinification of MAN Vintners Skaapveld Shiraz

The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully powerful Skaapveld Shiraz cuvée from MAN Vintners are Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah grapes. After hand-picking, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in large wooden vats at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
