With the Plaimont Terres d'Artagnan Rosé, a first-class rosé wine finds its way into the glass. It presents a wonderfully brilliant, light red color. This French cuvée flatters the nose with wonderfully expressive notes of papaya, physalis, pineapple, and mango. Nuances of additional fruits join in.
On the palate, Plaimont's Terres d'Artagnan Rosé starts off wonderfully aromatic, fruit-driven, and well-balanced. The texture of this light-footed rosé wine feels delightfully delicate on the palate. The finish of this youthful rosé from the Sud-Ouest wine region is impressively long. Once again, hints of star fruit and physalis appear.
Vinification of Plaimont Terres d'Artagnan Rosé
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Terres d'Artagnan Rosé cuvée from Plaimont consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Tannat grapes. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house, where they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Terres d'Artagnan Rosé can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months. Once the wine is finished, the Terres d'Artagnan Rosé is gently refined.
