Production of the Togouchi Beer Cask Finish by Sakurao
The whiskies are made from 100% barley, exclusively grown in Japan. Distillation takes place at the Sakurao distillery, which has been located in the city of Sakurao in Hiroshima Prefecture since 1918. This whisky first matures in bourbon barrels and is subsequently aged for another six months in IPA barrels.
