The Sauvignon Blanc Reserve Collection of Tokara is a pure white wine and shines in the glass in a bright light gold.
This wine convinces the nose with expressive aromas of fresh asparagus and green peas. The vegetal notes are underpinned by ripe guava. On the palate, the tropical fruit continues - honeydew melon in particular - and is accompanied by lemongrass and prune. The personality is delightfully mineral and fresh.
Vinification of the Tokara Reserve Sauvignon Blanc
After harvesting the ripe Sauvignon Blanc grapes, they are destemmed and selected at the winery. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 15 °C. Subsequently, this white wine lies for 5 months on fine lees (aging sur lie).
