With the Domaine Paul Mas Classique Viognier Sauvignon comes a first-class white wine in the swirled glass. In this it reveals a wonderfully brilliant, light yellow color. In Languedoc, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of sedimentary and weathered rock. Classique Viognier Sauvignon IGP is an Old World wine through and through, as this Frenchman breathes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underscores the success of Old World wines. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Classique Viognier Sauvignon IGP can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
