The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of sand, gravel and marl. The 12-pack Cuvee This Brut is an Old World wine through and through, as this Italian breathes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underscores the success of Old World wines. Following the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and gently pressed. Now follows the fermentation of the base wines.
