Aimery Chardonnay IGP - Sieur d'Arques

The Aimery Chardonnay  IGP d'OC from Sieur d'Arques is a wonderful summer wine from France. Produced in the Languedoc- Roussillon region, this Chardonnay convinces with its fruity- strong, animating character.

Vinification/Production

Founded in 1946, the Sieur d'Arques winegrowers' cooperative is one of the most important wine producers in the Limoux region. Four terroirs located on the Mediterranean Sea with the most diverse site characteristics and climatic conditions offer the makers of the Dier d'Arques wines a rich repertoire for winemaking creativity. Only selected Chardonnay grapes are used for the production of the Chardonnay of the Aimery line. 

Tasting notes/ Degustation

The Aimery Chardonnay from Sieur d'Arques shows in the glass a straw-yellow color with a green sheen. On the nose, aromas of acacia, banana and a hint of grapefruit are immediately noticeable. The fruitiness of the bouquet is also evident on the palate. Here you can feel the power with which this white wine from the French region of Languedoc-Roussillon comes along. 

Serving suggestion/ food pairing

Enjoy this lovely Chardonnay best at 11 to 12°C. The Aimery Chardonnay from Sier d' Arques goes well with a wide variety of dishes - a true all-rounder!
