Vinification of Domaine Lalaurie Alliance Rosé

The basis for the first-class and wonderfully balanced Alliance Rosé cuvée from Domaine Lalaurie is Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah grapes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Languedoc-Roussillon. Here, the vines sink their roots deep into clay and limestone soils. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are immediately brought to the press house. There, they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
