This Portuguese white wine is intense and harmonious with a lively and velvety structure. This wine ends in a long finish with the nuances of passion fruit, white flowers and citrus.

Vinification of the Quinta da Aveleda Alvarinho

This grape for this Alvarinho was macerated after harvest, followed by gentle pressing. Fermentation then took place in and aging in stainless steel barrels. During this time, the fine yeasts remain in suspension, which maintains the freshness and fruitiness of this white wine.
