This French cuvée offers wonderfully complex notes of pomelo, lime, jasmine, and cherry blossom in the glass. Added to this are hints of brittle, roasted almonds, and whole-nut chocolate.
On the palate, the Arrivant Blanc Languedoc from Terre de Tramontane starts off wonderfully dry, firm, and aromatic. There is dry and really dry. This white wine belongs to the second group, as it was bottled with just 0.1 g of residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this well-balanced white wine is delightfully silky and creamy. Thanks to its lively acidity, the Arrivant Blanc Languedoc appears impressively fresh and vibrant on the palate. The finish of this youthful white wine from the Languedoc wine-growing region ultimately convinces with a remarkable aftertaste.
Vinification of the Arrivant Blanc Languedoc by Terre de Tramontane
The basis for the balanced Arrivant Blanc Languedoc from Languedoc is grapes from the Marsanne, Picpoul, and Roussanne grape varieties. After hand-picking, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
