Aruma Malbec - Bodegas Caro

The Aruma Malbec from Bodegas Caro is an authentic, varietal and balanced red wine from the Argentine wine-growing region of Mendoza. The name Aruma comes from the Quechua language of the indigenous people of Mendoza and means "night". An allegory for the dark, clear nights in the high elevations where the Malbec grapes grow. 

In the glass, this wine has a deep ruby color with cherry red highlights. The nose enjoys an expressive bouquet of lots of red berry fruits (especially sweet ripened raspberries), ripe plums and juicy cherries - accented by spicy nuances. On the palate, this Argentine red wine presents a wonderful freshness and juicy body. The unique harmony between acidity, tannins and alcohol is perfectly balanced. This red wine closes with a delicate, long finish.
