Vinification of the Blanc Bio Bordeaux from Château Lamothe Gaillard

This balanced white wine from France is organically produced from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Bordeaux. Here the vines sink their roots deep into limestone soils. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are immediately brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
