The Cabriz Branco Reserva presents itself to the wine drinker as wonderfully dry. This white wine never appears coarse or lean, but rather round and smooth. On the finish, this youthful wine from the Beiras wine region finally delights with good length. Hints of grapefruit and papaya appear once again.
Vinification of Branco Reserva from Cabriz
This well-balanced white wine from Portugal is vinified from the Encruzado grape variety. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in large wooden casks at controlled temperatures.
