More information about Brise De Grenache Rosé AOC Bio - Vignobles Michel Gassier

The Brise De Grenache Rosé Organic from the Rhône Valley wine-growing region reveals itself in the glass in bright ruby red. In the glass, this rosé wine from Vignobles Michel Gassier presents aromas of peaches, complemented by herbal spice and almond. The Brise De Grenache Rosé Organic from Vignobles Michel Gassier is perfect for all wine lovers who like as little residual sweetness in their wine as possible. At the same time, it never appears meager or austere, as one might naturally expect from such a wine. On the palate, this well-balanced rosé wine is characterized by an exceptionally creamy texture. Thanks to its balanced acidity, Brise De Grenache Rosé Organic caresses the palate with a pleasing mouthfeel, without lacking juicy liveliness. The finish of this rosé wine from the Rhône Valley wine-growing region, more precisely from Costières de Nîmes, finally convinces with a beautiful aftertaste. The finish is also accompanied by mineral notes from the clay- and loess-dominated soils.

Vinification of Vignobles Michel Gassier Brise De Grenache Rosé Organic

This balanced rosé wine from France is organically produced from the grape varieties Grenache and Mourvèdre. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Rhône Valley. Here the vines sink their roots deep into soils of loess and clay. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are brought to the press house without delay. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by maturation for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off.
