More information about Buenos Hermanos Malbec - Gimenez Riili

The barrel-aged Buenos Hermanos Malbec from the wine-growing region of the Valle de Uco offers itself in the glass in bright purple. At the edge, this Argentine red also shows a transition to garnet red. The first nose of Buenos Hermanos Malbec reveals nuances of sour cherries, plums and violets. The fruity parts of the bouquet are joined by notes of barrel aging such as earthy, chocolate and tobacco.

This wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with only 1.6 grams of residual sugar. This is a real quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this Argentine enchants naturally with all dryness with the finest balance. Aroma does not necessarily need residual sugar. On the tongue, this balanced red wine is characterized by an incredibly dense texture. With its lively fruit acidity, the Buenos Hermanos Malbec is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. The final of this mature red wine from the wine-growing region of the Valle de Uco, more precisely from Tunuyán, finally thrilled with good reverberation. The finish is also accompanied by mineral facets of the limestone-dominated soils.

Vinification of the Buenos Hermanos Malbec from Gimenez Riili

The basis for the balanced Buenos Hermanos Malbec from the Valle de Uco are grapes from the Malbec grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Valle de Uco. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone. When the perfect physiological ripeness is ensured, the grapes for Buenos Hermanos Malbec are harvested exclusively by hand without the use of punishing and less selective full harvesters. After the harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in small wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation for 8 months in French oak barriques.

Food recommendation for the Buenos Hermanos Malbec of Gimenez Riili
