This powerful red wine from France is made from Carignan, Garnacha and Syrah grape varieties. In Languedoc, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of clay and limestone. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and large wood at controlled temperatures. At the end of the fermentation, the Stécia Terrasses du Larzac is left to harmonize on its fine lees for 8 months.
