On the palate, the texture of this balanced sparkling wine is wonderfully melting and creamy. In the finish, this sparkling wine from the wine-growing region of Champagne finally inspires with considerable length. Once again, hints of peach appear.
Vinification of the Champagne Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Chardonnay. Only impeccable grape material was brought in for this beautifully balanced single varietal wine from Champagne Taittinger. Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, as this Frenchman breathes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underscores the success of Old World wines. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. This is followed by the fermentation of the base wines.
