The family-run winery Cortijo Los Aguilares is located in the Serranía de Ronda (Málaga province, Andalusia), an exceptional wine-growing enclave. The 800-hectare estate is mainly composed of holm oaks and 25 hectares are dedicated to viticulture. The rest of the landscape is a stunning backdrop of centuries-old holm oaks and scrubland, providing an ideal setting for the vineyards. The location at an altitude of over 900 meters, between two natural parks, provides a great biodiversity and a special microclimate that allows you to grow a wide variety of grape varieties.
