This balanced sparkling wine from Slovenia is vinified from the Chardonnay grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. The base wines are then fermented. After the cuvée is assembled, further maturation follows on the basis of the Méthode Traditionelle. Afterwards, the Istenic Cuveé Natura Extra Brut Promo ages for several months in the bottle and is finally disgorged.
