The glass is filled with an intense ruby-red color. This spicy red wine delights with an aromatic bouquet of blackcurrants and blackberries. On the palate, this Spanish red wine is very elegant, with beautifully integrated tannins. The multi-layered body harmonizes wonderfully with the concentrated, dense texture. Vinification of Marques de Grinon Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes from the Spanish wine-growing region D.O. Dominio de Valdepusa come from vines with an average age of 22 years and grow on calcareous and clay-rich soils.

The grapes are carefully hand-picked during the harvest period from September to October. In the winery of Marques de Grinon, the grapes are gently pressed and the must is then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The spicy character is ensured by maturation in French Allier oak for a total of 12–15 months.
