The bouquet of this white wine from Península de Setúbal delights with aromas of papaya, grapefruit, pomelo and grapefruit. Vinification of the Flor de la Mar Reserva Branco from Casa Ermelinda
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully balanced cuvée Flor de la Mar Reserva Branco from Casa Ermelinda are Arinto, Chardonnay and Viognier grapes. After the hand harvest, the grapes quickly reach the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by a maturation of 4 months in oak barrels.
