The Gamla White Brut from Golan Heights Winery is an appealing, fresh and seductive sparkling wine from the Golan / Galilee wine region. 

In the glass, this wine shines in a delicate straw yellow with sparkling reflections. In fine strings of pearls, the perlage dances and rises to a fine mousseux. The nose reveals a fruity bouquet. Sun-ripened pineapple meets fresh citrus with a hint of hazelnut. On the palate, the wonderful aromatics of the nose continue and are perfectly underscored by a crisp texture. 

Vinification of Golan Heights White Brut Gamla

This sparkling wine is traditionally fermented in the bottle from the Chardonnay as well as Pinot Noir grape varieties and is aged on its lees for one year.
