Vinification of the Graves Rouge from Château de d'Hospital

The basis for the powerful Graves Rouge from Bordeaux are grapes from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Merlot. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the powerful Graves Rouge is aged for several months in oak barrels.
