The Weingut Johann Topf Grüner Veltliner delights with its elegantly dry taste profile. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. As one would naturally expect from a wine in the premium entry-level segment, this Austrian, despite all its dryness, charms with the finest balance. Excellent flavor does not necessarily require a lot of sugar. On the palate, this light-footed white wine is characterized by an incredibly delicate texture. The finish of this white wine from the wine-growing region of Lower Austria, more precisely from Kamptal, ultimately convinces with a lovely aftertaste.

Vinification of the Grüner Veltliner from Weingut Johann Topf

This elegant white wine from Austria is vinified from the Grüner Veltliner grape variety. After hand-picking, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
